We can accommodate you all year long, on hiring in one of our 15 apartments, ranging from 40 to 100 square meters. Large et comfortable, some of them are accessible to reduced mobility or disabled people.
Our modern apartments are fully equipped and all have a sea view.

Accomodations
2 apartments of 40 m² (for 2-4 people) :
Living room with wide windows opening in front of the sea, a bed-settee, table and chairs, television and WIFI and a terrace with table and chairs.
A kitchen fully equipped (induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster).
1 bedroom with cupboards.
A bathroom with a floor level shower and an independent toilet.
2 apartments of 50 m² (for 4-6 people) :
Living room with wide windows opening over the sea (in front of the sea or lateral sea view), a bed-settee, table and chairs, television and WIFI and a terrace with table and chairs.
A kitchen fully equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster).
2 bedrooms with cupboards.
A bathroom with a floor level shower and an independent toilet.
2 apartments of 60 m² (for 4-6 people) :
Living room with wide windows opening in front of the sea, a bed-settee, table and chairs, television and WIFI and a terrace with table and chairs.
A kitchen fully equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster).
2 bedroom with cupboards.
A bathroom with a floor level shower and an independent toilet.
2 apartments of 85 m² (for 6-8 people) :
Living-room with wide windows opening over the sea (lateral sea view), one or two bed-settee, a table and chairs, television and WIFI.
A kitchen fully equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster).
2 or 3 bedrooms with cupboards.
A bathroom with a floor level shower and an independent toilet.
6 apartments of 100 m² (for 8-12 people) :
Large living-room of 50 m² with two wide windows opening over the sea, 2 bed-settee, table and chairs, television and WIFI and a private terrace of 25 m² with tables and chairs.
A kitchen fully equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster).
3 bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with a double bed and two simple bed), cupboards.
2 bathrooms with a floor level shower and 2 independent toilets.
1 apartment of 50 m² – Without kitchen (for 4-6 people) :
Accommodation without kitchen. Living room with a bed-settee, table and chairs, fridge, keetle, television and WIFI and a balcony on 3m² with lateral sea view.
Two bedrooms with large bed, cupboards. A bathroom with a floor level shower and 1 independent toilet.
Trade Conditions
PRICES
The prices indicated on the tariff scales mean all taxes and cost included (water, electricity, heating) and concern the accommodation alone.
They don’t include :
– the booking fees (15 € by stay),
– the tourist tax (calculated per night and per person over 18, profit for the commune),
– the extra for pets (8 € /night). Only one pet accepted per flat.
– the insurance (optional)
Our prices don’t include the additional services like the bedding, end of stay cleaning, laundry, … (see prices on rates). Residence Belle Plage reserves the possibility of modifying the tariffs suggested in the event of legislative and/or regulatory change affecting the prices (modification of VAT rate, news taxes).
DEPOSIT
A deposit going from 250 € to 400 € by accommodation (according to the surface) will be requested from the customer at the time of the arrival. It will be restored at lasted in the 2 weeks following the end of the stay, made deduction if it’s necessary of the allowances selected if housing would not be returned in a perfect state of cleaning.
RENTALS
The accommodations are for a fully week in July and August, beginning on Friday at 3pm to next Friday 10am.
It’s possible to book nights, mid-week and for the week-end apart from this period.
Caution : for safety reasons and insurance, it’s forbidden to exceed the quantity of people mentioned in each hiring.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

Any booking is confirmed by mail and becomes effective only with reception of the installment attached to the booking contract (30% of the amount of the hiring).
The balance is required 30 days before the date of the arrival. Lacking the balance within the time limits, the hiring will be considered as cancelled and all the payments already sent will remain sure with the residence Belle Plage.
Any stay reserved less than 30 days before the date of arrival, is payable entirely on the day of the reservation.
